I download and install apps from microsoft store but apps not open, can you help me?

When i click on app, or click activate app open for 2 seconds and suddenly close, why?

more information will be helpful, what device? surface pro or is it surface RT, or is it some other device? but a problem is sometimes the date and time is incorrect, so make sure the date and time are correct... other that I cant help you more without more info
