After installing GDR 2, open Windows Insider again and enroll into the program again. Then check for updates.

I've done this four times and it hasn't changed anything.

​Seems the Insider program is a full-on learning experience for MS today.

Update: After many tries I gave up. Plugged my phone into the charger and it started downloading an update. Think this has something to do with the About section in the Insider app saying OnAc under A-Trigger. Give it a try after selecting fast ring and rebooting on gdr2.

Done that charger thing...still stuck with gdr2
how long had you waited??

I was on GDR2 for over an hour and re-enrolled in the fast ring four times until I tried the charger thing. Update popped up.
