Total scam. I recommend everyone watch a couple of Jim Browning's videos on YouTube about all these scams - how they work - and how people keep falling for them. The videos are extremely informative and shows how he can turn the tables on those scammer or stop someone from losing money to them.

+358 would indicate that the call comes from Finland, but that can probably be spoofed. Either way, it's more than likely a scam. Microsoft won't just call you out of the blue like that.

As others have said, this is a scam and you should always ignore such calls.
