I got a Lumia 925

Don't know how or why it happened but while I was listening to music while helping my friend dig her car out of the snow my 8X cut off and hasn't been able to boot up since. I tried hard resetting and T-mobile was of no help getting the phone replaced so I just decided to get a Lumia 925. So I'm in the process of getting everything back up and running. Only problem I'm having is all of the Nokia settings crashing before they even open. So may have to hard reset but I won't do that until I get home.

I'm enjoying it just going through a little buyers remorse because now even though my 8X is broken I still have to pay it off. Also I can't seem to get any of the Nokia settings to open, otherwise great phone.

A hard reset and through and through update of OS manually will solve it. However try a soft reset first. I've had settings menu freeze on me twice and I just did a hard reset both times. I don't have anything that my back up and restore won't bring back so I hard reset very casually.

Yup performed a hard reset and use a different setup option than the guy in the T-mobile store did so alls good now. Loving the 4G LTE.
