I got a problem with microsoft support uninstall tool

Hello,

I checked out the official article on how to completely uninstall office, So I tried to uninstall my office 2016 using the second method(MSI),then my computer was restarted through the setup to complete the process. After restarting,The Windows appearance was changed to a basic theme and I lost accessibility to many features such as network connection.

What should I do now to return to the default state?

Restore your computer to your earlier saved restore point or use system recovery to get your system back to normal because your some system files are corrupted.
