I got my account banned -how can I get back in?

I got my account banned -

hei,
I was trying to post a new post for our new app without success. Then when i tried logging in after sometime, i saw a message that the account is banned. can someone please help.

Its through the Ask a Question thing, which doesn't need a login.

It was banned for spam, although it appears you should have received a milder warning at first. (accounts require 10 meaningful posts before advertising their apps) I'm new to the mod team, so a more grizzled member should be better with the info, I just wanted you to get a sooner response.
