I got my cracked screen fixed, now I can't enter my passcode. What can I do?

i cracked my screen,destroyed my touchpad but i had it fixed today. my problem is that i cant access my passcode to input my password to open my fone. The password part comes up but its all black. what do i do? How can i get pass my password without necessily flushing my fone

Seems like you currently have a digitizer problem now. Can happen if the parts used weren't original.. but if you think that it's just a glitch you can wipe the phone and set it up again Use the windows device recovery tool for this
