I have a 4 month old Lumia 830 - my Win 7 PC cannot open pictures on it
My Lumia 830 is fully updated, as is my PC (Win7)...When I hook up the phone via the USB cable, a small 'Windows Phone' icon appears in the drives list.
However, Clicking on the icon either does NOTHING or freezes Explorer. Even my old i-Phone 4S didn't do that when I went through the horrible i-Tunes interface...
I thought Windows Phone to Windows 7 would be an easy transfer...
