Why isn't my Lumia 830 being detected by my Windows 10 desktop pc after I updated my phone to build 10581.?

My lumia 830 not being detected by windows 10 desktop pc after i updated my phone to build 10581.

Try reconnecting the device. If windows still does not recognize it, your device may not be working properly.

I am running windows 10 build 10547 on PC.

It also did not worked on my cousins system who was running windows 10's older build on his PC.

I have same problem with 830, did update today and now i cant connect my phone to my PC (windows 10)

And i have another problem with 10581, my glance is not working at all

My 630 (10581) won't connect either. Keeps saying it's charging slowly, even though i'm using the cable that came with it. And this cable worked perfectly fine before.
