I have a broken sd card , can I restore from back up with out it?

Windows Central Question

I didn't notice the card wasn't inserted all the way and it broke when I out the battery back. Can I restore apps with out it?

You can... All of your backup is in the cloud with OneDrive or whatever you store on your PC. Windows Phone does not rely on SD card for backup.
