I have a new windows 540 phone. I have the following problems

[Windows Central Question]

1) My Whatsapp does not sync with my contacts
2) My videos option does not get updated.
3) The 'others' folder both in phone & SD Card memory in not readable even through windows computer.
I need help in this. Thanks in anticipation.

For the vids:

Download a videoplayer app from the store and check if you can play your vids using the new one instead of the built in option. Also get a file manager from the store (if you don't already have one) makes life easier.

For the folder:

What "others" folder? did you insert a SD card with data into the phone?
