I have Nokia Lumia 530 smart phone , the storage sense app and the store app is not opening.

I have windows phone with 8.1 software ,After browsing and downloading files and watching videos from internet using internet explorer app , the temporary files gets filled up in the phone memory (although I have selected to save all files and downloads in sd card) and phone memory full notification is displayed and all apps does not work , then I will delete temporary files from storage sense and run the Field medic app to clear the phone memory. The phone memory gets cleared.but this time it is not clearing and the. Storage sense and store app is not opening. Please help !

You will probably have to do a full reset of the device. Use the windows device recovery tool
