I have nokia lumia 730 . I need to transfer pictures from mt to my computer .

I try to connect it with USB cable.Everytime i connect , it says your phone is connected toyour pc only in charging mode.I tchange the settings in computer to import pictures and video .

So the phone isn't available at all via This PC/My Computer?

Tried different ports and cables? perhaps a friends laptop?
