I have problem with re-installing apps from Store.

while try to re-install apps like whatApp, Messenger on new build 14905 its showing error as apps should install in system drive and while try to install to system drive again i am getting same error .

Did anyone having the same issue??

try a soft reset and check again
Or remove the sd card, soft reset, install apps and then put sd card back in

I had the same problem until I changed where are new apps would be stored

Do a soft reset, change the save location to Phone memory and get back to sd card(if you want to use Sd card for installation of apps),
Then , Try to re-install app.

Actually, this seems to be an issue with the 14905 build: https://blogs.windows.com/windowsexperience/2016/08/17/announcing-windows-10-insider-preview-build-14905-for-pc-mobile/
