Will it be very difficult and costly to repair this screen bleed on my nokia lumia 635?

I am not sure what you mean with screen bleed but check if you still have warranty.
And about what it will cost to repair please check locally because prices are different in different countries.

Here in the US, one can buy the 635 for under $50 new with no contract. You may want to see if a reduced price for a new or used one is available to you. I would think it would cost more than $50 to have someone do it for you; probably less if you do it yourself.

Best bet is to check on the warranty status.
