Windows Central Question

I have Windows 10 32bit and 8GB RAM, system sees the RAM and says 2.79GB is available.

The reason I updated to 32bit was to save starting over, and read that 32bit Windows 10 can use my 8GB, how do I get it to work?

Sorry to say, but you were informed incorrectly. The primary point of 64bit Windows is to support more than 4GB of RAM.

If you want to address 8GB of RAM you need 64bit Windows (same is true of any other OS in the world).
