I have Windows 8.1 but I can't upgrade to Windows 10, why?

I have windows 8.1 but i cant upgrade to windows 10.

I have windows 8.1 single language but the update that installs windows 10 on the PC is not running and showing errors.how to upgrade my windows 8.1 to windows 10

Also, if you are getting an error code, try searching for it online.
Finally, you can use the media creation tool to create the (you guessed it) installation media and upgrade to win10. Is your PC not getting the Windows 10 November update? Just use the media creation tool | Windows Central
