I have windows 8 phone, when I receive call only number is displayed and name does not show

I have windows 8 phone dual sim, when I receive a call the number is displayed but the name of the caller is not displayed on my phone screen

Is that caller in your contacts? The way that caller ID works is that only the number is displayed for a caller not in your contacts. If the caller is in your contacts, then you should see his/her name, unless he/she chooses to not display his/her caller ID information on his/her end.

You either don't have caller in your contacts OR you have the number entered in more than one contact
