I have XL640, When I connect earphone, other side can't hear me, any helpful tips? Thanks in advance

This issue started after the last update, I already tried more than earphone and the problem still exist!!

Do you mean that you can only hear audio in one ear bud or you mean that on a call the person on the other end cannot hear you?

also do tell us whether you are on insider or not.
