I installed win 10 and lost all my contacts and calendars.

I installed win 10 and lost all my contacts and calendars. I later found them in Icloud Outlook. How can I export them back to my outlook on the 'ground'.

Simply add the Email account in the Mail app. And then in the People App you will see your contacts.

Use Gear/Settings in Mail to add your account.
