I need a driver for my GPU card works on windows 10

hi i have ATI Radeon HD 2600 GPU card .. and i need a driver that works with windows 10 build 9926 64 bit .. usually i got driver update on windows updates but after i install this new version i didn't got it .. and i can't change the product code .. since i installed this version of windows 10 i got my windows activated by a default serial number .. when i wanna change it to the serial on microsoft's website .. it won't change !! it said "we're all done" but it's don't change ! can you help me please

http://www2.ati.com/drivers/legacy/13-1-legacy_vista_win7_win8_64_dd_ccc.exe is a link the the latest driver for that chipset. Unfortunately it is 2 years old and they state that no performance improvements are forthcoming. Really I would be looking at upgrading that card. that card is a core directx 9/10 "ready" and any of the cheapest amd cards will have a lot better performance.
