I need budget laptop suggestions

I'm looking for a laptop that's thin and under 200 dollars.

All I'd like to do on it is school work, stream NETFLIX, and maybe some photo editing.

Also Windows 10 preferably.
The thinner the better as long as I can do what I want to do.

If you can compromise on thinness for some durability, an older ThinkPad X-series like the X200-X230 might fit the bill. (because on a tight budget, cheap repairs are nice)

Also consider the HP Stream laptop which is as cheap as laptops go and is new at the downside of being cheap from the get-go.

Although at under $200, we're entering the bottom of the bargain bin zone so there's going to be compromise. Although your usage should be served reasonably well by any decent PC from the last several years.
