I Need Help! DNS error

I upgraded to Windows Phone 8.1 and now Internet explorer will not connect to the internet. It comes up and says DNS Error. I just can't find how to reset the settings in IE on Windows phone. Any help would be great.

Does the DNS error come up when you're using a specific site? If it does it could just be a site problem, that happens to me with Bing sometimes on WP7.8 - I just refresh and it fixes. If it's not that, maybe your WiFi or cellular data connection isn't good?
