I was dumb and lost my backup to NoDo for my HD7 on TmoUS. Does anyone know where I can find a NoDo rom to flash to my phone? Or instructions on where to find one? Please any help would be great.

Try XDA. Also if you're worried about needing it for Mango, I don't think that's a problem

You were right. Thanks! Come lunch time I updated straight through Zune with no issues.
