probably they are processing payment, checking physical store, shipping it etc. Anything from clicking buy to getting it physically

Yeah they told me Tuesday that they already charge my Mastercard on Monday when I pre ordered it and sent me a thanks for shopping at MicrosoftStore and now it still saying order in process
