I pressed the windows key + the enter key and when I did it started this narrator and now I have no sound at all how do I get my sound back?

Here you go if you're talking about narrator on a phone:

To turn off Narrator

Turn off Narrator at any time by pressing and holding the Volume Up button, and then pressing the Start button. Don't release the Volume Up button until Narrator tells you that it's turning off.

Search sound in Control panel. Configure the settings.
But you've to mention the OS version.
