I reboot my Lumia 630 device and pressing volume button for 10 sec. Now decive is idle with a Flash

Sounds like you didn't do the correct reset. Try holding the volume down button and the power button at the same time for about 10 seconds or until you feel he second vibration and then release. This does a soft reset of the phone. Sounds like what you did was to turn the volume down only.
