I Restore my phone and now its stuck on the reseting screen

Please help! My screens is just rotating screws! :crying:

My HTC Surround (WP7) has frozen on the loading screen 3x. Each time requiring a format. When powering on hold down both vol up and down at the same time. Hope it ain't a crappy Surround.

12 Hours... And i was reseting my phone (deleting everything)

When this happened to my 920, I had to find the Nokia software and flash the device to get it working again (search wpcentral for flash bricked 920). I have also heard that ATT will fix or replace the phone of you go to a store (if you are in US).

Yep. I was resetting it to change my MS account.

Did the nokia care suit take long to download for you? Because it is for me

Try pressing the power key and the vol down together for 10-15 seconds, if it does not restart the phone first time try second time

Try 'vol down + power on' at the same time until the Phone vibrate and resets, after that (normally) then will start again with the rotating screws and after 2-5 minutes the home start appear as usual. This happened to me recently. Hope it works.

IIRC, it did take a while to download. The flash process was actually pretty quick once I got everything downloaded.

I had this problem earlier I just let it sit for like 30 mins and it finally came on
