I tried to get windows 10 on my Windows 7 SP1 computer. But it said it's not up to date

My operating system is Windows 7 SP1 with all the updates installed. I have my update settings to update everything. I did the diagnostic but it said Windows Is Not Up To Date. I just redid my computer. Before I redid it I reserved my Windows 10. My email is <removed by mod> and I reserved it on that email.

This site is not affiliated with MS in any way. We are just a community of enthusiasts helping each other out.

Publishing your e-mail address on a public forum, particularly the one you use as your Windows username, is a very bad idea. That should always be kept private and never be provided to anyone, even if they ask. Nobody from MS will ever ask you for that.

What does "redid" mean?
