i tried to reset my phone from windows 10 preview to 8.1

but alas its failed and now its Cog's and Frowny face time!! any help on how to rectify this problem?! so that i can get back to using my N735? Asap!, I have already tried the forums and the up!, down!, up!, thing.....

While connected to PC and Recovery tool active soft reset phone until the software detects phone and begins download... But before give a couple of hours before attempting.
