I love my MX vertical! A week ago I forgot it at a clients office and had to use a traditional mouse to get through a days work of CAD designs. My wrist was screaming by noon. It did take a bit of getting used to but I am so glad I stuck with it. Absolutely no wrist pain for me anymore.
