i want 8.1 in my lumia 520

i've downloaded and installed preview for developers
den ive registred as developer
aftr dat ive checked for updates
downloaded that update
it went into installing
phone got restarted
and it was showing almost done migrating files step 3 out of 6
den it gt completed
and now it was showing it ll check for updates and if u want to check for it manually u can by going into settings and phone update n check for updates .........
my phone is as it was as before
but app locker is not working now !!!!!!!!
its ok but i want 8.1 in my phone
i want notification bar in my phone!!!!!!!
please help me............
what should i do ??????

There is an update before 8.1, which I think is what you have. Check for updates again. The second update will be 8.1

App locker? There is no universal app locker except the pin to unlock the phone.
