I was in process of Win 10 upgrade from Win 8.1 when I got an all black screen with the white Dell logo. What should I do?

I was in process of win 10 upgrade from win 8.1

PC is only two years old. Dell all in one touch and for Past 12 hrs on black screen with white dell logo??? Any ideas much appreciated!
