I would like to share a feature idea to Microsoft but where?

Hello guys!

I came with a feature idea that I'd like to share with Windows Phone Team. Is not something that I could just write up in UserVoice, but it's a image of a concept that I created of a new feature.

Does anybody know what's the best option? Is there any direct email to share with them?
