Ok thanks (sorry took this long to read review) my icon is still running smooth. But I I'm still waiting on my carrier for the official update. Att recently released theirs so hopefully Verizon is coming soon.

I have my personal phones on AT&T and my 2 work phones on Verizon, from my past experience with Verizon on Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone, I wouldn't hold my breath waiting on Verizon.

Glad to report that I've been running WP 8.1 DP on my Icon for a week now with no issues.
