ie problem

i am L520 user of devloper for privew 8.1,but i didnt updated gdr1 .. i have a problem in IE that when ever i open a site"www.airtel.in" its not open , and rest of all site is open and working perfectly. this problem occurs since last 2 month. i also contact to airtel customer care but they respond that the server is fine and ok!!!but my this is not sloved yet!!! please give some best possibility suggestion ...!!!
