If I don't install windows 10 on July 29th will it be free later?

I would like to wait and install windows 10 later after they have worked the kinks out (I think it will have problems initially, what do you think?).
If I don't install it on June 29th will it will be free later?

Free for a year so you have till July 29, 2016, plenty of time to wait and see if its worth the hype.
