If I hard reset, will my current OS version be reset as well?

I'm currently installing the Windows 10 Mobile TP, and I'm planning on hard reseting. Will this revert me back to the default OS (Windows Phone 8), or will it still be Windows 10?

Unless you do a factory reset it will stay on the last build.
You will loose your settings and such though.

Hard reset a.k.a. Factory Defaults resets your current OS to factory settings. Whatever build you have before is what you have after, just with no user data or customizations.
