If I install Windows 10 insider program vs Windows 10 upgrade

If I opt into the Windows 10 insider program and download Windows 10 on my Lumia 640 XL how do I go back to when the actual upgrade is out and will I get the notification?

I believe you would have to opt out of the program and then use Windows Recovery Tool to flash your phone back to the original hardware. From there, then you would check for updates.

Can't remember if it is called Windows Recovery Tool or Windows Phone Recovery Tool though...
