if i'll upgrade my Window Phone W8.1 to W10 then that can be defect on Camera Quility?

I need to Upgrade my phone because i can't access Store ,some error 805a0194 occure? If that affect on camera i could not upgrade . Because i have Lumia 1020 it's all about camera.

You can't update your 1020 to W10M (well, actually it's possible by hacking your registry)

If you hack and update, your camera quality will indeed suffer.

If you are using MS Camera on W10M the quality is worse, yes. But with the 1020 you can still use Lumia Camera on W10M so imaging quality is the same.
