I'll be able to upgrade from dev 8.1 to official 8.1,right?

I've been confused because of people talking about having to downgrade because of bitlocker,and I would like to know whether or not I have to worry about that,I don't have bitlocker on my 521,so once the cyan update comes around,I'll be able to update without issues?

Probably yes... But until the update be available for your phone a fix will have come so you don't have to worry... fingers crossed...
