I received an email stating that I purchased 2 songs from a group I never heard of or even listen to called "No Way Out" each song is $1.29.

I went and check the Xbox music player and I see the songs is in my library. My beef is I never DL those songs or even heard if that group. Is anyone else getting phantom downloads? It is this a setting on my phone I activated on accident? I know 100% I never downloaded these songs. My phone is 2 weeks old no one besides me touched it.

I'm with At&t any chance I get refunded cause this is not right..! Call me cheap but I don't like being charged for something I never purchased.

I doubt it. Because those songs are downloaded into my library. Has this happened to anyone?

I'm guessing it syncs whatever is in the library, regardless of how it got there. If your account was used for the purchase (even from another system) then it would most likely appear in your library there.

Any chance At&t can squash this? Or trace the device that is doing this?

Never experienced nor heard of such an occurrence.

Your phone may be haunted; I'd ebay it asap. Or, you may want to call Microsoft instead, to report an erroneous billing on your new account/phone. I don't see any role for atandt here. May the force ...
