I'm mot able to update my nokia Lumia 920

When ever I'm trying to update my phone it gives error update is downloaded but can't open (8018830f)

Have you checked how much memory you have available? The download / unpack operations require A LOT of spare memory.

Have you soft reset your device? Power and Vol down until phone vibrates. The only other option that I had with my sons phone was to keep trying at various times of the day.
