I'm not getting any notifications from facebook messenger niether on my Lumia 830 nor on my PC. I have enabled notifications in settings and also I have enabled messenger to run in background. I also tried reinstalling, but it didn't help. What should I do?

Do you enabled Notification IN messenger app inside? Rebooted your phone?

Yes, I enabled them inside the app and I tried rebooting, but nothing helped.
