im on windows 10 mobile 10586.63 Edge doesn't play music or videos in the background. why ?

My Mobile is a lumia 730 DS and it doesn't allow background playing on edge. I saw a few videos where they played videos from YouTube on edge under lock screen and in the background as well.. Please help.
