I'm stuck in a download.. why am I not able to download to the new 10158 build?

Windows Central Question

struck download...not able to download new 10158 build

i have build 10130 and i have clean installed it... my laptop always gets the update tru WU...when i checked the update it is showing build 10158 ...but the downloading gets struck...1st tym it got struck at 1%,2nd tym 15%, 3rd tu at 21% and 4th tym at 11%.. what shud be done..tried all the fixes
