I'm trying to upgrade from 8.1 to 10 and at 75 getting stuck every time with error c1900101-40017, how can I do this?

i'm trying to upgrade from 8.1 to 10 and at 75% getting stuck every time with error c1900101-40017

at 75% the screen is becoming black and getting stuck. when i do restart it's trying to get back to the installation and then stuck again. after second reboot it's getting back to 8.1
