Since your phone isn't on the supported list, you shouldn't. However, if you are willing to risk it, you can try using the windows insider program

Enrol into windows insider program
Download insider app
Install it, sign in
Select release preview
Follow instructions

This may or may not work

But do this with the understanding that performance may not be the best and you might have to do a factory reset in case of many issues
