Perhaps on WP8, but I can't seem to find it on my Surface via the Windows Store.

Yeah I wish it would be released! I would use it all the time.

chances are it wouldn't support important features like watched lists (the WP app doesn't) so I'll pass. Until these web properties stop writing propritary web structures that can't transfer over to touch enabled apps I'll just keep using IE10. really disappointed in the lack of functionality in a lot of the major Store apps. eBay is the most glaring example.
