Importing favourites

1. Are you still talking about importing bookmarks or are you saying that you can't save bookmarks? If the latter, that is incorrect. There is an "add to favorites" option in the browser.

2. Nokia has an app called "Contacts Transfer" which has seemed to work very well for many people.

3. Correct. Not exactly seeing the problem.

It seems you just don't like this OS. You really should use a device that makes you happy. If this isn't it (and you're w/in your 30 day limit), just return it and get something else. Android might be more to your liking. Other than that, all I can say is at least you tried it.

I have since returned the lumia 700 for a HTC Amaze
I'm sorry the Nokia didn't work out as it had the smoothest OS. Of any phone I have ever used, but I just couldn't get it to work for me.
Sorry if I got my back up but I spent hours trying to sort my people list ,from email addresses only,and no phone numbers, to not having my bookmarks. Not being able to power down while charging was the final issue to make me turn red.
